Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By installing or using the Replish application ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.
2. Description of Service
Replish is a Shopify application that connects to your product catalog and uses artificial intelligence to generate social media content (text and images), schedule and publish posts to social platforms, and provide analytics on post performance and revenue attribution.
3. Eligibility
You must have an active Shopify store and be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Replish.
4. Your Account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify store and connected social accounts.
- You must not share your social media OAuth credentials outside of the App.
- You are responsible for all content published through your account via Replish.
5. AI-Generated Content
- Content generated by AI is provided as a suggestion. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publishing.
- AI-generated images may contain a SynthID watermark embedded by Google. This is standard and does not affect usability on social media.
- We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is free from errors, inaccuracies, or unintended meanings. Always review before publishing.
- You retain ownership of all content generated for your store.
6. Billing & Subscriptions
- Replish offers Free, Starter, Pro, and Business plans with different feature limits.
- Paid plans are billed through the Shopify Billing API. All charges appear on your Shopify invoice.
- You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers keep their current price until the next renewal.
7. Usage Limits
Each plan has limits on posts per month, AI image generations, and connected platforms. Exceeding these limits will result in a prompt to upgrade. We will never hard-block your store or delete your content due to plan limits.
8. Prohibited Use
You may not use Replish to:
- Generate or publish content that is illegal, harmful, misleading, or violates third-party rights.
- Spam social media platforms or violate their terms of service.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the AI generation service.
- Use the App for any purpose other than managing social media content for your Shopify store.
9. Social Platform Compliance
You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of each social media platform you connect (Pinterest, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook). Replish automates publishing but does not override platform policies. We are not responsible for account suspensions or content removals by social platforms.
10. Intellectual Property
- The Replish application, including its code, design, and branding, is our intellectual property.
- Content generated for your store belongs to you.
- Your product data remains your property at all times.
11. Limitation of Liability
Replish is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
- We are not responsible for third-party service outages (Shopify, Pinterest, Meta, TikTok, AI providers).
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Termination
You may terminate your use of Replish by uninstalling the app from your Shopify store. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, with notice when possible.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Paris, France.
